Good to Go is finally going! As you can see from the new link at the top of the page, we have a takeout menu now! Check it out here, or download the PDF version of the Good to Go Takeout Menu for printing.
Remember, the menu does change regularly, so be sure to check the board when you come in for specials and changes.
If all goes well, our organic and local takeout food restaurant will be open next week, in historic Cherry Valley New York, between Cooperstown and Sharon Springs.
We’re putting the finishing touches on everything now (although we will probably never actually be finished) and plan to open next week–gradually–starting Monday, August 8th.
We’ll have meatball subs made with organic, local, grass-fed, wagyu beef from Nectar Hills Farm, organic grass-fed beef bone broth (from the same young bull of wagyu beef), roast organic free-range chicken, organic & local garlic greens, organic pasta and grains, organic & fair trade coffee and tea, organic lavender lemonade, and other assorted organic and local treats.
We’ll post our full takeout food menu as soon as we finalize it.
Organic and Local Takeout Food Doesn’t Happen By Magic

Equity shares in the LLC are still available. Find out more on the get involved page. Shares are $100, represent 0.1% of the company, and will be repurchased over five years while you continue to get your share of the net profits every year until we’ve purchased them all back.
