Four Cheese Baked Manicotti

A four cheese baked manicotti tops the Good to Go takeout menu this weekend.

An abundance of local tomatoes from the Amish and our friends Rick and Sandy Deangelo went into the fresh and light tomato sauce in the four cheese manicotti.

Manicotti pasta with NY ricotta and mozzarella, Italian parmesan and Romano, a home-made Amish and Deangelos’ local heirloom tomato sauce, with a local, grass-fed meatball made from Hu Hill Farm ground beef* or a Lupo’s chicken Italian sausage (from Binghamton), on a bed of greens,* with a Heidelberg baguette local garlic toast.

Our hours are noon to 6 pm, Friday through Monday. We’re closed Tuesday through Thursday.

We have vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. We can make any kind of order for your special occasions if given enough lead time.

Grass-fed Beef Steak Tacos

We have grass-fed beef steak tacos and a salmon salad made with local veggies and organic farro on our takeout menu for this beautiful fall day.

If you’re out enjoying the leaves and views on this beautiful fall day in upstate NY, and you need a quick bite, we have hard and soft shell grass-fed beef steak tacos, and a wonderful herbed farro salmon salad.

Texas-style Chili

Our Texas-style chili is back (by popular demand) on the Good to Go takeout menu!

You can have our family’s generations-in-development recipe for Texas-style (no beans) chili three ways: in a bowl topped with fixings, on a hot dog top with fixings, or on a baked potato topped with fixings. Basically, everything is topped with fixings.

Texas-style Chili 
Our no-bean chili is made with all-grass-fed beef from Larry’s Custom Meats in Hartwick. Comes with homemade, southern-style, jalapeno cornbread.*

Masala Dosa

Masala Dosa is a vegetarian dish often eaten as street food in southern India, and it’s on the Good to Go Takeout Menu.

Chili Cheese Dogs

Good to Go Farm-to-Counter Takeout Food in Cherry Valley would like to announce… we have Texas-style chili cheese dogs!

Grass-fed Texas longhorn ground beef* from Hu Hill Farm in the Texas style chili (no beans), on top of grass-fed local all beef hot dogs from Larry’s Meats in Hartwick, topped with Palatine cheddar cheese, on a Heidelberg bun.  Served with house coleslaw.

We’re back to our regular hours which are noon to 7 pm Friday through Tuesday, closed Wednesday and Thursday.
