Nothing warms up a New York winter like a Texas chili!

Texas-style chili (no beans) made with grass-fed, organic, whole cow,
Texas Longhorn ground beef from Hu-Hill Farm. Comes with two pieces of smokey, two-corn cornbread.

We have a fresh vegan Minestrone, to which we can add cheese and/or chicken.

Shiitake Short Ribs

We have a delicious tongue twister today: Sake and soy braised shiitake short ribs!

Sicilian Short Ribs

We’re ringing in the new year with Sicilian short ribs on the Good to Go takeout menu!

These Highlander grass-fed beef* short ribs from Nectar Hills Farm are slow cooked in a slightly spicy-tangy Italian tomato and red wine sauce, topped with a pine nut gremolata,  and served on volcano rice*–a mineral-packed blend of traditional aromatic West Java rices grown on volcanic soils rich in magnesium, manganese, and zinc–or a smashed russet potato.*

We also have two fabulous Italian desserts: tiramisu (regular and double chocolate) and Sicilian-style cannolis!

Good to Go will be open today, Saturday, and Sunday noon to 6 pm. We will be closed Monday, New Year’s day, and will resume our regular winter hours on Friday, January 5.

Robin has made her tiramisu, which you may have had when she worked for Clem and Dana at the Rose and Kettle!

Tomorrow we’ll have Sicilian-style cannolis on the Good to Go takeout menu.

Good to Go will be closed Christmas day. We will open again at noon on Friday, January 5, 2018, and will resume our regular winter days and hours then (open Friday through Monday, noon to 6pm).
