Back on the menu due to popular demand and high temperatures, we have the cold Pasta Salad which is organic veggie pasta w/ local and organic vegetables, Parmesan & Pecorino Romano cheese,
and a creamy, organic apple-cider vinaigrette dressing.
We also have a fresh batch of nice, cool gazpacho featuring local cucumbers, tomatoes, and other local and organic vegetables.
Good to Go will be open later than usual for Labor Day (in order for us to attend a memorial). We’ll be open from 2pm to 8pm.
New on the menu for Labor Day, we have a Grass-fed Patty Melt: an organic, grass-fed, ground beef patty from Nectar Hills Farm; caramelized, organic onions; locally made Palatine Swiss Cheese; fresh, organic home-made mustard; on Heidelberg Jewish Rye bread; with a side of cole slaw.
Terrific fun at the Folk Fest last night! Thanks to everyone who came in during our ‘late night’ hours. We’re looking forward to the final night of Folk Fest next Thursday (August 25, featuring Cosby Gibson) when we’ll be open 2pm to 9pm.
In the meantime, we’re back to our regularly scheduled hours of noon to 6pm. We will be closed Wednesdays.
Watch for changes in the menu this weekend, including the return of the popular NY Cheese steak sandwich featuring certified biodynamic peppers from Nectar Hills Farm along with their organic, grass-fed, roast beef.
