Healthy Beef Stroganoff

Grass-fed beef Stroganoff from Good to Go is as healthy as Stroganoff gets!

Our beef Stroganoff is made with Nectar Hills Farm grass-fed top round beef* strips, onions, and mushrooms in a sour cream gravy with heart-healthy egg noodles on a bed of greens.

For you paleo diet folks, we have a nut and seed bread.

Paleo Bread (Not for the Diverticulitis Crowd): Sunflower, pumpkin, sesame and flax seeds, walnuts, and almonds. Bound by mere eggs and olive oil. Comes with cream cheese or melted swiss.

Good to Go is open noon to 7 pm, closed Wednesdays and Thursdays. If you have a large order, just call a few days ahead and we can make just about anything you want!

Baked Mac and Cheese

Good to Go is open today (we’re usually closed Thursdays) and we’ve added a baked mac and cheese featuring Palatine Cheese muenster and cheddar to our takeout menu.

Baked macaroni* and cheese featuring Palatine Cheese muenster and cheddar sauce. Served next to green beans, onions, mushrooms, and tomatoes sauteed with julienne black forest turkey ham.

Beef or Chicken Burrito
Robin’s Cal-Mex style burritos with chicken* or grass-fed beef. Vegetarians and vegans can substitute mushrooms. On whole wheat tortillas.

Beef* and Goat* Bone Broth
Grass-fed beef* and goat* (Nectar Hills Farm) bone broth with fixings (greens/onion/mushrooms).

Vegetarian/Vegan Garlic Minestrone
Classic minestrone with Chiba (local) garlic, veggie broth,* veggie radiatore pasta,* lots of veggies.* Can be topped with cheese or have chicken added.

Open All Week This Week

We will be open all week this week to help all you hungry people who discover The Coyote is closed until March.

We’ll be open our usually closed days–Wednesday and Thursday–from noon to 7 pm.  We will go back to our usual schedule starting Wednesday, March 1.

We hope this clears up any confusion you might feel when you see we’re open tomorrow and Thursday.

Grass-fed Beef Meatball Subs

Our local, grass-fed beef meatball subs, a crowd favorite, are back on the Good to Go takeout menu this week.

Meatball Subs 
Local, grass-fed beef meatballs, house marinara, on a Heidelberg baguette, with a 4 Italian cheese blend including Galbani mozzarella and Palatine provolone.

We also have Robin’s Cal-Mex style chicken* or local, grass-fed beef burrito. Vegetarians can substitute mushrooms. These large burritos come with Monterey Jack cheese, pinto beans,* avocado, onion,* greens, and salsa.

The bone broth for the weekend is the beef* and goat* bone broth from Nectar Hills Farm grass-fed beef and goats. We also have the vegetarian/vegan garlic minestrone, a classic minestrone made from Chiba (local) garlic, veggie broth,* veggie radiatore pasta,* and lots of organic veggies. Can be topped with cheese and can have chicken added.

The organic muffins are gluten-free, pecan,* coconut,* cranberry, and oat* (the oats are processed in a gluten-free facility).

Thai Beef with Mint leaves and Chiles

Thai beef with mint leaves and chiles will warm you up on this snowy day!

Our mint leaves and chili is made with Nectar Hills Farm grass-fed, top round beef* strips stir-fried with red and green hot chiles,* basil,* and mint.* It’s served on a bed of sticky rice,* with a side of green beans* and brussels sprouts in peanut sauce.*

Please be extra careful on your trip to Cherry Valley for a serving of this spicy Thai food. We are under a winter storm warning today.
