We’re Open All Week

Good to Go will be open on our usually closed days (Wednesday and Thursday) this week only, and we’ll be opening an hour early each day this week–so our hours are 11 am to 7 pm.

New to our takeout menu this week, we have zuppa matrimoniale Italiana, or Italian wedding soup. Since we’re opening a little early each day, we have two breakfast items–a grass-fed beef chorizo breakfast burrito, and a scrambled eggs breakfast.

We still have a few cheese steaks left, but they go fast.

Comfort food supreme, chock full of chicken,* grass-fed beef meatballs, and local spinach, topped with Parm/pecorino blend.

Good to Go Farm-to-Counter LLC exists because of our friends and neighbors who crowdfunded us. Equity shares ($100 for 0.1% of the LLC) are still available and would provide us with the working capital to get through our first winter. Many Veggie Lasagna

We added our Many Veggie Lasagna to the takeout menu, and we can top it with grass-fed Angus beef meatball crumbles.

Please note that we’ll be closed Wednesdays and Thursdays now.

Mushrooms, organic local greens, local zucchini, regional peppers,  organic onions, and Palatine mozzarella, and can be topped with grass-fed beef meatball crumbles.

We’ve also brought back the breakfast burrito, which has a whole wheat flour tortilla, Spurbeck’s New York extra-sharp cheddar, grass-fed beef chorizo, Hidden Camp Farm eggs, regional peppers, organic onions, and local tomatoes.

The beef bone broth has been replaced with chicken bone broth, which comes with mushrooms.

We’re going to be taking Thursdays off as well this fall, but we’re going to stay open another hour when we are open. So, we’re open noon to 7pm, Friday through Tuesday (closed Wednesday and Thursday).
