We know you missed us, so we made organic grass-fed beef cheesesteak!
Our cheesesteak is made with organic, grass-fed, top round beef roast from Nectar Hills Farm. It comes with peppers,* local onions, fresh mozzarella and Palatine provolone cheese, and it’s on a Heidelberg baguette.
Also on the Good to Go takeout menu, we have the chicken or beef (same top round roast as the cheesesteak) burritos. This week’s bone broth is organic, free-range chicken. And we have a fresh batch of vegan minestrone, to which you can add Italian cheese and/or free-range chicken.*
We will be open for the next seven days (noon to 7 pm), until Wednesday, May 10, at which point we’ll be back on our regular schedule of closing Wednesdays and Thursdays.

It’s back! Our New York Cheese Steak sandwich is made from grass-fed beef* top round roast from Nectar Hills Farm.
We still have the BLASTO–bacon (turkey), lettuce, avocado, sprouts, tomato (heirloom), and onion (red). Choose NHF grass-fed beef chorizo* instead of the uncured turkey bacon and it’s a CLASTO.
We have a free-range chicken* bone broth with fixings like onion, greens, and mushrooms. Our vegan menu option this week is a garlic minestrone made with Chiba’s local and delicious garlic. Vegetarians can add cheese, and everyone else can add chicken, as usual.
We also have a fresh batch of the gluten-free banana,* walnut,* date, oat* muffins.

We added our Many Veggie Lasagna to the takeout menu, and we can top it with grass-fed Angus beef meatball crumbles.

We’ve also brought back the breakfast burrito, which has a whole wheat flour tortilla, Spurbeck’s New York extra-sharp cheddar, grass-fed beef chorizo, Hidden Camp Farm eggs, regional peppers, organic onions, and local tomatoes.
The beef bone broth has been replaced with chicken bone broth, which comes with mushrooms.
We’re going to be taking Thursdays off as well this fall, but we’re going to stay open another hour when we are open. So, we’re open noon to 7pm, Friday through Tuesday (closed Wednesday and Thursday).
