We’ve added something quick and easy to the Good to Go takeout menu: local garlic scape and basil pesto. Our special for the weekend is local, organic, grass-fed beef patty melts.

Pollack Mountain Farm garlic scapes, Neal the Basil Man’s basil, pumpkin seed* and walnut* pesto served on veggie radiatore* or rice rotini.*

Robin’s incredible four meat red sauce is our special this weekend on the Good to Go takeout menu.

Sloppy Joes

Our homemade Sloppy Joes will make you wonder what that was they fed you back in school!

Our Sloppy Joes are made with grass-fed beef, tomatoes,* NY onions, and spices. We can serve it on Heidelberg baguette, a baked russet potato,* or brown rice.* Comes with a mixed marinated veggie salad. Your choice of mozzarella, provolone, or cheddar for $1 more.

We still have some lamb kibbeh if you prefer something a little less sloppy.

Local Lamb Sausage and Escarole on Orzo with Local Morel Mushrooms

We have a gourmet lamb sausage from Bach Farms in Mohawk, mixed with garlic-and-shallot-sauteed escarole and locally foraged morel mushrooms, on a bed of orzo pasta,* topped with Italian cheeses. See the Good to Go takeout menu for our entire selection of local and organic to-go food.

We also have one of our most popular meals, the New York cheesesteak, featuring roast beef from Silverpoint Farm and Nectar Hills Farm, peppers,* NY onions, and Palatine provolone cheese, on a Heidelberg baguette.

Saturday’s are the best day to buy our all-organic biscotti cookies, which you can also find at the Nectar Hills Farm booth at the Cooperstown Farmer’s Market every Saturday.

An old favorite, the grass-fed beef meatball subs, are back on the Good to Go takeout menu.

Grass-fed ground beef from Bach Farm in Mohawk made into meatballs with house marinara,* Italian cheeses, a bed of local wild arugula, on a Heidelberg baguette. Add local provolone or mozzarella.

Vegetarian/Vegan Minestrone: Classic minestrone with Chiba (local) garlic, veggie broth,* veggie radiatore pasta,* lots of veggies.* Can be topped with cheese and/or add chicken.*
