Local Beef or Veggie Enchiladas

We’re not a taco truck, but we are on the corner of Lancaster and Main in Cherry Valley, and we do have veggie and beef enchiladas!

Robin’s enchiladas have made their way back onto the Good to Go takeout menu for the weekend. If you haven’t tried them, now’s your chance! The new bone broth for this week is Nectar Hills Farm grass-fed beef and lamb.

Local Beef or Veggie Enchilada: 10
Grass-fed, locally-raised beef, blue corn tortillas,* jack and cheddar cheese, peppers,* onions,* fresh-made enchilada sauce, on a bed of lettuces, with sour cream, black and green olives, avocado, and cilantro.* Veggie Enchilada: replaces beef with roasted mushrooms and cauliflower.*

Beef and Lamb Bone Broth: 6.5
Nectar Hills Farm grass-fed beef* and lamb* bone broth with optional greens* and/or mushrooms.

Indonesian Chicken Satay

We have an Indonesian Chicken Satay making it’s debut on the menu today and we’re closed tomorrow and Thursday. So, this is probably a one day special!

We also have our vegan classic minestrone, to which you can add cheese and/or chicken.

Vegetarian/Vegan Minestrone
Classic minestrone with veggie broth,* veggie radiatore pasta,* lots of veggies.* Can be topped with cheese. Add chicken.

Indonesian Chicken Satay
Broiled Plainville chicken thigh meat on a bed of brown Texmati rice,* with slaw,* peanut sauce,* and a touch of Siracha.

Chicken Saltimbocca “Jumps in Mouth”

Chicken Saltimbocca means “jumps in mouth” in Italian, and it’s our newest addition to the always-changing Good to Go takeout menu.

Our saltimbocca is made from Coleman’s chicken breast* stuffed with black forest turkey ham and Palatine provolone, on a bed of parmesan & pecorino Romano mushroom risotto and sautéed spinach.

We also have a vegan/vegetarian classic minestrone with veggie broth,* cut ziti pasta, lots of veggies,* and it can be topped with cheese and we can add chicken.*

Berlin-style Turkish Lamb Doner Sandwich

A Berlin-style Turkish lamb doner (shwarma sandwich) makes its debut on the Good to Go takeout menu today, and they’re as delicious as they look, so they’ll sell quickly.

We also have a vegan/vegetarian (depending on your cheese options) classic minestrone soup made with organic veggie broth and lots of organic vegetables.

We’re open from 2 pm to 7 pm today, New Years Day, and we have a local, grass-fed beef lasagna.

Our local, grass-fed beef lasagna is made with local and organic veggies, Galbani  ricotta, Palatine mozzarella, parmesan, pecorino Romano, and house marinara.*

We’ll be open tomorrow (Monday) and Tuesday, noon to 7pm. We’ll be closed Wednesday and Thursday.

We’re Open All Week

Good to Go will be open on our usually closed days (Wednesday and Thursday) this week only, and we’ll be opening an hour early each day this week–so our hours are 11 am to 7 pm.

New to our takeout menu this week, we have zuppa matrimoniale Italiana, or Italian wedding soup. Since we’re opening a little early each day, we have two breakfast items–a grass-fed beef chorizo breakfast burrito, and a scrambled eggs breakfast.

We still have a few cheese steaks left, but they go fast.

Good to Go will be closed Christmas. We will resume regular days and hours Monday, December 26th, so come in for Boxing Day! Our regular hours are noon to 7pm, and we’re closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Grass-fed Beef Chili Is Back

Our grass-fed beef, Texas-style chili is back on the takeout menu due to overwhelming demand!

If you’re looking for the opposite of leftover turkey, we have the perfect answer: grass-fed, Texas-style chili. We also have an all-organic green lentil* soup that comes with local perennial spinach* from Heron Hill Farm.

In keeping with the anti-turkey theme, we’ve sold out of the Hearth bone broth (a blend of turkey, chicken, and beef broths that we will have again soon), so we’ve replaced it with the straight grass-fed beef* bone broth made from Nectar Hills Farm beef bones.*
