A four cheese baked manicotti tops the Good to Go takeout menu this weekend.
An abundance of local tomatoes from the Amish and our friends Rick and Sandy Deangelo went into the fresh and light tomato sauce in the four cheese manicotti.
Four Cheese Baked Manicotti
Manicotti pasta with NY ricotta and mozzarella, Italian parmesan and Romano, a home-made Amish and Deangelos’ local heirloom tomato sauce, with a local, grass-fed meatball made from Hu Hill Farm ground beef* or a Lupo’s chicken Italian sausage (from Binghamton), on a bed of greens,* with a Heidelberg baguette local garlic toast.
Our hours are noon to 6 pm, Friday through Monday. We’re closed Tuesday through Thursday.
We have vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. We can make any kind of order for your special occasions if given enough lead time.
