Lamb Kibbeh

Lamb kibbeh is Lebanese street food making its first appearance on the Good to Go takeout menu.

Our kibbeh is made with local, grass-fed, ground lamb from Bach Farms in Mohawk. It has a bulgur/potato crust, comes on a bed of lettuce, with veggies, lentil harissa, Windy Hills Farm feta cheese, and date chutney.

Sweet Chervil Braised Cod: Wild caught cod braised in local sweet chervil and almond milk,* with buttered cauliflower, cumin carrots, snow peas, and couscous.

We still have some of the sweet chervil braised cod and all our usual items. Don’t worry, cheesesteak lovers, we’ll have more of our NY cheesesteak soon.
