New York Cheese Steak

It’s back! Our New York Cheese Steak sandwich is made from grass-fed beef* top round roast from Nectar Hills Farm.

We still have the BLASTO–bacon (turkey), lettuce, avocado, sprouts, tomato (heirloom), and onion (red). Choose NHF grass-fed beef chorizo* instead of the uncured turkey bacon and it’s a CLASTO.

We have a free-range chicken* bone broth with fixings like onion, greens, and mushrooms. Our vegan menu option this week is a garlic minestrone made with Chiba’s local and delicious garlic. Vegetarians can add cheese, and everyone else can add chicken, as usual.

We also have a fresh batch of the gluten-free banana,* walnut,* date, oat* muffins.

The oats are processed in a gluten-free facility.

Good to Go is open noon to 7 pm, closed Wednesdays and Thursdays. If you have a large order, just call a few days ahead and we can make just about anything you want!

New to the Good to Go takeout menu this week we have Lupo’s Italian chicken sausage lasagna. We’re also offering one of our most popular items, the New York cheese steak–all dressed up for Christmas!

Good to Go will be closed Christmas. We will resume regular days and hours Monday, December 26th, so come in for Boxing Day! Our regular hours are noon to 7pm, and we’re closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Good to Go Farm-to-Counter LLC exists because of all our friends and neighbors who crowdfunded us. Equity shares ($100 for 0.1% of the LLC) are still available and would provide us with the working capital to get through our first winter. Our menu changes regularly, so check this site often for the most up-to-date information. Our food is made to order so you may have a short wait. You may order by phone and then pick up.
