Coq au Vin

Been envying Leila Durkin‘s wintering in France? We may be able to help.  The Mediterranean will still just be in your mind, but some delicious French food (Coq au Vin) could be in your belly.

Hidden Camp Farm pasture-raised chicken* slow-cooked in brandied wine with mushrooms and cippolini onions; with garlic Heidelberg baguette.

We also have a fresh batch of beef* bone broth made from Hu Hill’s grass-fed Texas longhorn bones, plus all our regular menu items, including our very popular burritos.

Good to Go is open Friday through Monday, noon to 6 pm (closed Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).

Filé Gumbo

We have a big pot of steaming hot and spicy Cajun filé gumbo to warm things up!

File Gumbo: Spicy Cajun gumbo made with local, grass-fed, beef* chorizo from Nectar Hills Farm, wild-caught South Carolina shrimp, and chicken,* fresh okra and Rick’s Picks Smokra,  and lots of fresh peppers, on a bed of rice, served with Heidelberg cracked wheat baguette.

Paella with Shrimp, Chicken, and Chorizo

Robin’s Spanish Paella is back on the Good to Go takeout menu this weekend, and it is muy deliciosa!

Paella: 
Wild-caught gulf shrimp (USA), chicken,* and grass-fed beef chorizo in a smoky wine sauce with local and regional vegetables, served on white basmati rice.*

We have also got more of the animal welfare approved, local, grass-fed, 100% beef hot dogs from Larry’s Custom Meats in Hartwick, NY.

Locally-raised and made, certified humane, grass-fed beef hot dogs from Larry’s Custom Meats in Hartwick. They’re served on a Heidelberg bun, with your choice of NY onions, pickles, ketchup,* and mustard.* Optional: grass-fed, Texas-style chili* and Palatine cheddar cheese.

Italian Wedding Soup and Closing at 3 pm Today

Italian Wedding soup tops the Good to Go takeout menu, and we’re closing early, at 3 pm, today.

Comfort food supreme, chock full of chicken,* grass-fed Hu Hill beef* meatballs, orzo pasta, and local spinach and veggies,* topped with Parmesan/pecorino blend. Comes with Heidelberg baguette garlic bread.

We’ll be closing at 3 pm today.  Our usual hours are noon to 6 pm, Friday through Monday. We’re closed Tuesday through Thursday.

Vegetarian Enchiladas for Cinco de Mayo

We have vegetarian enchiladas on the takeout menu for Cinco de Mayo and even for Seis de Mayo if we don’t sell out today!

Vegetarian Enchiladas: 
Blue corn* tortillas filled with many local and organic veggies, Monterey Jack cheese, fresh house enchilada sauce, topped with regional sour cream and guacamole, on a bed of lettuce. Add free-range chicken* or grass-fed beef* chorizo from Nectar Hills Farm.

If you’re a fan of our burritos, they’re great for Cinco de Mayo as well, either vegetarian, chicken,* or grass-fed beef. And if Mexican food isn’t your thing, we have our famous New York cheesesteak!

We’re back on our regular schedule now: open noon to 7 pm, closed Wednesday and Thursday.
