Grass-fed Texas longhorn ground beef* from Hu Hill Farm in the Texas style chili (no beans), on top of grass-fed local all beef hot dogs from Larry’s Meats in Hartwick, topped with Palatine cheddar cheese, on a Heidelberg bun. Served with house coleslaw.
We’re back to our regular hours which are noon to 7 pm Friday through Tuesday, closed Wednesday and Thursday.
We have vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. We can do special orders for your special occasions.
Our bologna has a lot of names. It’s organic, grass-fed, locally-raised beef bologna made by Nectar Hills Farm in Schenevus, NY.

Muffuletta (Italian Creole Sandwich)
Roasted kosher turkey breast, turkey black forest ham, and Palatine provolone with an olive/artichoke heart tapenade, pressed into a local seeded Italian boulé, served melty-hot.
We always have vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options.
Four Meat Red Sauce Penne:
Nectar Hills Farm ground beef,* beef Italian sausage,* beef tripe, and chicken* in a rich, tomato sauce,* with mushrooms, spinach-tossed penne* parmesan, topped with ricotta and fresh basil.*

We also have one of our most popular meals, the New York cheesesteak, featuring roast beef from Silverpoint Farm and Nectar Hills Farm, peppers,* NY onions, and Palatine provolone cheese, on a Heidelberg baguette.
Lamb Sausage, Escarole, and Morels on Orzo Pasta
Gourmet, grass-fed lamb sausage from Bach Farms in Mohawk, mixed with garlic-and-shallot-sauteed escarole and locally foraged morel mushrooms, on a bed of orzo pasta,* topped with Italian cheeses.
New York Cheesesteak
Grass-fed roast beef from Silverpoint Farm and Nectar Hills Farm, peppers,* NY onions, and Palatine provolone cheese, on a Heidelberg baguette.
We have vegetarian enchiladas on the takeout menu for Cinco de Mayo and even for Seis de Mayo if we don’t sell out today!
Blue corn* tortillas filled with many local and organic veggies, Monterey Jack cheese, fresh house enchilada sauce, topped with regional sour cream and guacamole, on a bed of lettuce. Add free-range chicken* or grass-fed beef* chorizo from Nectar Hills Farm.
If you’re a fan of our burritos, they’re great for Cinco de Mayo as well, either vegetarian, chicken,* or grass-fed beef. And if Mexican food isn’t your thing, we have our famous New York cheesesteak!
