New to the takeout menu today after three days in the making we have local, grass-fed beef osso buco! Osso buco is a Milanese recipe made from cross-cut beef shanks, braised with local and organic vegetables, white wine, and broth. It’s garnished with a gremolata made with local parsley and garlic. It’s served on risotto or pastina.
We have a fresh batch of organic veggie baked mac and NY cheese sauce, topped with local and organic veggies and Heidelberg bread crumbs. This creamy slice of cheesy heaven has turned into a very popular item on our takeout menu.
