Jamaican Oxtail Stew

We only have about eight portions of this melts-in-your-mouth, local, grass-fed beef* Jamaican oxtail stew on the takeout menu this week, so come and get it!

Jamaican Oxtail Stew: 
Grass-fed beef oxtail* from Hu-Hill Farm stewed in a spicy sauce,* with butter beans, served on coconut* Himalayan/basmati rice.*

We’re going to keep the Mufelleta (made with local, pasture-raised turkey breast*) on the Good to Go local and organic food takeout menu, since it’s so popular.

Muffuletta: Italian Creole sandwich with roasted local, pasture raised turkey* breast, turkey black forest ham, Palatine provolone and mozzarella cheese, with an olive/artichoke heart tapenade, pressed into a locally-made seeded Italian boulé, served melty-hot.

Good to Go is open Friday through Monday, noon to 6 pm (closed Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
