Grass-fed Beef Meatball Subs

An old favorite, the grass-fed beef meatball subs, are back on the Good to Go takeout menu.

Grass-fed Beef Meatball Subs:
Grass-fed ground beef from Bach Farm in Mohawk made into meatballs with house marinara,* Italian cheeses, a bed of local wild arugula, on a Heidelberg baguette. Add local provolone or mozzarella.

Vegetarian/Vegan Minestrone: Classic minestrone with Chiba (local) garlic, veggie broth,* veggie radiatore pasta,* lots of veggies.* Can be topped with cheese and/or add chicken.*

Organic Grass-fed Beef Cheesesteak

We know you missed us, so we made organic grass-fed beef cheesesteak!

Our cheesesteak is made with organic, grass-fed, top round beef roast from Nectar Hills Farm. It comes with peppers,* local onions, fresh mozzarella and Palatine provolone cheese, and it’s on a Heidelberg baguette.

Also on the Good to Go takeout menu, we have the chicken or beef (same top round roast as the cheesesteak) burritos. This week’s bone broth is organic, free-range chicken.  And we have a fresh batch of vegan minestrone, to which you can add Italian cheese and/or free-range chicken.*

We will be open for the next seven days (noon to 7 pm), until Wednesday, May 10, at which point we’ll be back on our regular schedule of closing Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Baked Mac and Cheese

Good to Go is open today (we’re usually closed Thursdays) and we’ve added a baked mac and cheese featuring Palatine Cheese muenster and cheddar to our takeout menu.


Baked Mac and Cheese
Baked macaroni* and cheese featuring Palatine Cheese muenster and cheddar sauce. Served next to green beans, onions, mushrooms, and tomatoes sauteed with julienne black forest turkey ham.

Beef or Chicken Burrito
Robin’s Cal-Mex style burritos with chicken* or grass-fed beef. Vegetarians and vegans can substitute mushrooms. On whole wheat tortillas.

Beef* and Goat* Bone Broth
Grass-fed beef* and goat* (Nectar Hills Farm) bone broth with fixings (greens/onion/mushrooms).

Vegetarian/Vegan Garlic Minestrone
Classic minestrone with Chiba (local) garlic, veggie broth,* veggie radiatore pasta,* lots of veggies.* Can be topped with cheese or have chicken added.

Organic Muffins & Cream of Chicken Soup

Our organic muffins are gluten-free, with banana, walnut, and dates ($2 large, $0.75 small). They go great with our organic, fair-trade coffee or an espresso milkshake!

The banana nut organic muffins are completely gluten-free (the organic oats are processed in a gluten-free facility). We also have an organic cream of chicken soup. It has turkey bacon, free-range chicken,* with potatoes.* We’re making more enchiladas since they’re so popular.

Local, Grass-fed Beef Enchilada: blue corn tortillas,* jack and cheddar cheese, peppers,* onions,* fresh-made enchilada sauce, on a bed of lettuces, with sour cream, black and green olives, avocado, and cilantro.* Veggie Enchilada: replaces beef with roasted mushrooms and cauliflower.*

Indonesian Chicken Satay

We have an Indonesian Chicken Satay making it’s debut on the menu today and we’re closed tomorrow and Thursday. So, this is probably a one day special!

We also have our vegan classic minestrone, to which you can add cheese and/or chicken.

Chicken Saltimbocca “Jumps in Mouth”

Chicken Saltimbocca means “jumps in mouth” in Italian, and it’s our newest addition to the always-changing Good to Go takeout menu.

Our saltimbocca is made from Coleman’s chicken breast* stuffed with black forest turkey ham and Palatine provolone, on a bed of parmesan & pecorino Romano mushroom risotto and sautéed spinach.

We also have a vegan/vegetarian classic minestrone with veggie broth,* cut ziti pasta, lots of veggies,* and it can be topped with cheese and we can add chicken.*

Here at Good to Go, we do our best to offer vegetarian and vegan food options. This weekend we have smoky sherry split pea soup* with Heidelberg baguette or southern-style cornbread.* Or, we also have vegan red beans and rice* which comes topped with vegetables.*
