Local Garlic Scape and Basil Pesto

We’ve added something quick and easy to the Good to Go takeout menu: local garlic scape and basil pesto. Our special for the weekend is local, organic, grass-fed beef patty melts.

Robin’s incredible four meat red sauce is our special this weekend on the Good to Go takeout menu.

Sweet Chervil Braised Cod

We have a different kind of fish for Friday’s takeout menu: a sweet chervil braised cod!

Thanks to Chervillian (Cherry Valley-ian) Sue Miller of the Plaide Palette for the local sweet chervil (Myrrhis odorata, cicely, sweet cicely, myrrh, or garden myrrh).

We still have some NY cheesesteak, if you prefer something a bit heavier.

An old favorite, the grass-fed beef meatball subs, are back on the Good to Go takeout menu.

Vegetarian Enchiladas for Cinco de Mayo

We have vegetarian enchiladas on the takeout menu for Cinco de Mayo and even for Seis de Mayo if we don’t sell out today!

Vegetarian Enchiladas: 
Blue corn* tortillas filled with many local and organic veggies, Monterey Jack cheese, fresh house enchilada sauce, topped with regional sour cream and guacamole, on a bed of lettuce. Add free-range chicken* or grass-fed beef* chorizo from Nectar Hills Farm.

Organic Grass-fed Beef Cheesesteak

We know you missed us, so we made organic grass-fed beef cheesesteak!

Our cheesesteak is made with organic, grass-fed, top round beef roast from Nectar Hills Farm. It comes with peppers,* local onions, fresh mozzarella and Palatine provolone cheese, and it’s on a Heidelberg baguette.

Also on the Good to Go takeout menu, we have the chicken or beef (same top round roast as the cheesesteak) burritos. This week’s bone broth is organic, free-range chicken.  And we have a fresh batch of vegan minestrone, to which you can add Italian cheese and/or free-range chicken.*

We will be open for the next seven days (noon to 7 pm), until Wednesday, May 10, at which point we’ll be back on our regular schedule of closing Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Mongolian Beef Bowl

Grass-fed beef chuck from Silverpoint Farm has grazed its way onto the Good to Go takeout menu this week, in the form of a Mongolian beef bowl that you can get mild or spicy.

We also have our baked mac and cheese, beef or chicken burritos, and the bone broth is beef, from 100% grass-fed beef from Hu-Hill Farm and Nectar Hill Farm.

Our organic muffins are gluten-free, with banana, walnut, and dates ($2 large, $0.75 small). They go great with our organic, fair-trade coffee or an espresso milkshake!

The banana nut organic muffins are completely gluten-free (the organic oats are processed in a gluten-free facility). We also have an organic cream of chicken soup. It has turkey bacon, free-range chicken,* with potatoes.* We’re making more enchiladas since they’re so popular.
